Using Spokira

Spokira provides practice content, pronunciation feedback, and related services to help you speak French. We may update or improve features over time; material changes will be communicated in-product or by email when possible.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
• Provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect misuse.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
• Prices and included features may change; we will notify you before material changes take effect.
• Taxes may be added where required. All payments are processed through our third-party providers.
• If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the issue is resolved.

Trials and cancellation

• Free trials convert to paid plans if not canceled before the trial ends.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access remains through the current period.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.

Acceptable use

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated access without permission.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, including recordings you do not have rights to share.
• Respect others: no harassment, spam, or attempts to interfere with the service.
• Use our AI and voice features responsibly; outputs may not be perfect and should be reviewed.

Intellectual property

All site content, trademarks, and software are owned by Spokira or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the service for personal, non-commercial use. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spokira is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or losses arising from delays, data loss, or third-party services. In jurisdictions that do not allow exclusions, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the prior three months.
